Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bet2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law, bet2 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by bet2, which currently include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
bet2 does not accept deposits funded by credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. bet2 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals in real time; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) Philippine business day. bet2 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bet2 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by SMS and email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bet2 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
